A large-sized real estate deal was closed' in Ogden today when tho Boyle Furniture company 1 purchased from the W. H. Wright & ' Sobs company the big store building on Washington avenue between Twenty-third Twenty-third and Twenty-fourth, which the latter lat-ter company is preparing to vacate to , occupy its hew structure on the corner ' of Twenty-fourth and Washington, i The property" covers sixty-six feet front on Washington and 330 feet depth and has a- four-story and basement brick building. The price is $60,000. Japes H. Douglas, manager of the Boyle Furniture company, states that the building will be entirely remodeled remod-eled and fitted up for a. first-class modern mod-ern furniture store with a large stock of furniture. It will probably be next year early before the improvements are completed.
