BUTTE TO BOISE. Contract Let for Construction of 130 Milea of Railway. BOISE, Ids. Jan 2. At a meeting here today of tho stockholders of the San Francisco, Idaho & Montana Railroad company William Peyton Maeon of Minneapolis Min-neapolis was elected president. C. H. Fleming was elected vice-president and Propper and Foran of Boise secretary and treasurer. An Issue of $5,000,000 worth of bonds was authorized and a contract was let to the Pacific Development companj for the construction of 150 milea of railroad rail-road extending from the Snake river to Wlnnemucca, Nev Work will begin as soon as the material can be secured. It was stated that $1,600,000 of bonds to pay for tho company's San Francisco terminals termi-nals arc now under option. Steel for a part of the line has been purchased. As projected, the company's railroad will ex-lend ex-lend from Butte, Mont., through Boise to San Francisco.
