Show Stake Board Entertained The West Jordan LDS Relief society stake board entertained executive officers of the 10 wards in the stake Tuesday at the Riv-erton Riv-erton LDS Second ward chapel. Luncheon tables were beautifully beautiful-ly decorated with flowers in the church auxiliary organization's colors, blue and yellow. Columbines, Colum-bines, iris, roses and cornflowers were used and yellow tapers filled fill-ed crystal holders. Favors were gum drop dolls linked in couples, symbolic of members bringing into in-to the organization new members for the centennial celebration in 1947. The dolls were in blue and gold cellophane. 57 guests and board members attended. Mrs. Ed W. Johnson and Mrs. Don Reid represented the Bingham ward Relief society. |
