Now no has been notified no-tified by the preacher that unless the fee is paid he, the preachor, will dcclino to place the ccrtlricate on record States wants to know whether this vitiates the marriage, nnd whether there Is any means of compelling tho offleatlng clergyman to deliver the certificate. Irwin Ir-win is too old to prosecute, even If that wore possible, ami States declares that rather than have any doubt rest upon the legality of his marriage, he will have tho ceremony performed again. |
