Mr. A then has receipted, statement from Mr. D, agent for Mr. B; also receipt for tho amount direct from Mr. B. Mr. D signed tho cheek Mr. B per Mr. D, and the check was paid. Now Mr. B is holding Mir. A for the amount that Mr. D blowcd in Can Jtr. B collect this amount from Mr. A again? PATRON OF YOITR PAPER.
