Tho live most successful architects will receive prizes, the largest of which Is for 12.000 guilders, a sum of monoy slightly less than $5000. Issue Spccinl Invitations. In addition to their open offer to tho world tho directors of the Carneglo foundation, which will become tho owner of tho live prize plana, has also Issued Is-sued a special Invitation to certain eminent architects from each of the principal countries of the world requesting request-ing them to Join the competition.
