Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. Stato Engineer's Office. Salt Lake Jlty, Utah. November 22, 1901. Notlco Is hereby given that Jmcs J. Chambers, whoso postofflco address Is Broadway, New York. N. Y.. has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements require-ments of chapter 100 of tho session laws of Utah, 1903, to appropriate twenty-five (25) spcond-feet of tho water flowing in the Llttlo Cottonwood creek. Salt Lake county, Utah. Said water Is to be diverted divert-ed by means of a dam about ten (10) feet high and a plpo at a point just below tho tail race of tho Columbus Consolidated Mining company's powor plant In section 10, township 3 south, range 2 cast, Salt Lake baso and meridian, from where tho water will bo conveyed for about eleven thousand (11 000) feet and there bo used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year for developing power for clcctrio lighting and propelling machinery In Salt Lako valley. After having been so diverted and used tho water will be ro-turncd ro-turncd to the natural channel of Little Cottonwood creek at a point near the west lino of Bcctlon S. township 3 south, range 2 east, Salt Lako baso and meridian. All protests against the granting of eald application, stating tho reasons thorc-fc-, must bo mado by affidavit In duplicate, dupli-cate, anu fi!d in this office within thirty (30) days after tno completion of the pub-llcatlon pub-llcatlon of this notice.
