The tunnel 18 now into the zone approximately a mile. With the enlargement ot tho emeltcr this locomotivo will bo required to handlo at least -ISO tons a day. Meanwhile Mean-while the management is making upraises and chutes that will cnablo it to provide this increased tonnage' at tho smallest jiosslblo expense. The locomotive will bo " tho third operated In tho State of Utah. The management of the company is much encouraged bv present conditions at tho ismolter and within the mines, and looks forward to a period when It shall begin tho production of dividends.
