Show MERCANTILE COMPANY INCORPORATED AT ALPINE Special to Tho Tribune. PROVO, Utah, Juno 9. Articles of incorporation in-corporation of the Alplno Mercantile company were filed today. The company Is Incorporated for $10,000, divided Into 2000 flhares of $G each. The company will do a .general mercantile business at Alpine. Al-pine. The following officers are named for tho term of two years: Thomas F. Carlisle, president; Benjamin Bates, vice-president; vice-president; John E. Booth. J. W. Vance. Joseph H. E Rawllngs and Enoch Gray, the plaintiff was granted five days In which to amend the complaint and tho defendant fifteen days in which to servo and file an answer. W. S. McCornic, doing do-ing business for the California Wine company, com-pany, was awarded a Judgment for $3G).7i, together with $5 costs. Defendants refused re-fused to pay, and the plaintiff asks for judgment for $374.75, with Interest from Julv 11, 1S92, and costs of suit. John Serwell ct al. sues for restraining orders prohibiting John E. Betts et al. from harvesting the hay on certain parcels par-cels of land claimed by plaintiff. The hay Is valued at $300, Judgment Is also asked for the sum of $100 ns compensation for damage already done. Mrs. Ann J. Farr petitions for letters of administration In the cetnto of Frunklln Farr, deceased. The property Is located in Spanish Fork and Is valued at $1250.
