OCR Text	Show A- Prize Blizzard Story. Charles Young of Monogah'ela has badly frozen feet today as a result of a foot, balh which he look last night. When about to retire he gott a bucket of-hot water in which to bathe his feet. The room was cold and he lay back on the bed. drawing the covers partly over him. With his feet in the water he fell asleep. He awakened this morning to find his feet frozen in the bucket, the -water having turned to a solid cake of Ice. Physicians say they may not have to amputate the frozen members. Philadelphia Phila-delphia North American.
