One of the most enjoyable events of the season was tho Order of Washington ball given at Unity hall last Wednesday evening. even-ing. The dance was well attended and no doubt every ono present had a very pleasant pleas-ant tl-ne. The Sir Knights and their gcntlenon and lady friends enjoyed a social time and all worfr delighted with their entertainment. Next Wednesday evening a largo attendance Is expected to witness the excellent work of the degree team captained by Sir Knight W. J. Gardner, who lntnds to make his team the "best ever." Brotherhood of American Yeomen gave a dance at their hall on last Monday night. Tills Is the first social given by thc order, which has just lately been organized In this State. The evening was very pleasantly pleas-antly spent nnd all a're looking forward to tho next social to bo given next month, Rebekah. Miriam Robekah lodge No. 5 held a card social Saturday evening, and a very pleasant pleas-ant evening was enjoyed by all present. I'tah castle No. 33S, Royal Highlander, had a warm meeting and a good sociable time Monday, January 25th. when applications appli-cations were accepted and one refuge was made a Royal Highlander. Our team, dressed In kilts, made a great hit and made the goat considerably harder to ride than he has been In the past. A great many people were heard to say. "I wonder what Is going on." when wo passed them on the street In our kilts.
