The west half of the second and third ' stories is occupied with an auditorium, or assembly hall, with a spacious gallery. gal-lery. This auditorium has a seating capacity ca-pacity of 500 and will be used for special ' meetings, balls and other entertaln-i entertaln-i ments, the main lloor being suitable for dancing, Its seating capacity is nearly 200 greater than that of any other available avail-able hall In the city, aside from the I theaters, and it will fill a long-felt want in this direction. On the front half of the- second floor are three lodgerooms ami a reception room, while on the third floor are two more lodgerooms and an office and living liv-ing rooms for the Federation's building manager, who Is Carl Ostby, a veteran member of tho organization, representing the Tailors' union. Hack Drivers'. Theatrical Stage Employees', Leather-Worker', Carriage and Wagon-Workers', Shoemakers'. Machinists', Bollermnkcrs'. Blacksmiths', Horse-shocrs', Horse-shocrs', Switchmen's, Railway Carmen's. Barbers', Tailors'. Aside from these several sev-eral orders, Including Maxwell post, G. A.
