discussion was quite animated but the best of feeling prevailed and a perfect understanding ANUS reached before l1fo adjournment It was made clear the In order to secure aid from the Government I Govern-ment there must be absolute freedom from litigation and that all who expect to benefit by this Government aid must work in perfect harmon It vas also made clear that If I the settlement of the coulllctlnj water rights of the different sectIons and the different counties was i taken Into court litigation would ensue that might drag through many jean und besides costing the people enormous enor-mous Bums of money In lausullr It would defeat the effort to get aid l from I the general Government for the Utah lake proposition f r ARBITRATION AGREED UPON I It was agreed that to have all claims adjusted upon some equitable basis I would be to the best Interests of all those directly concerned an well as for the people of the entire Stale It was agreed that the bent cheapest + and
