It is believed operations will resume when metal prices stabilize sta-bilize at a point where operation opera-tion is profitable. , Workmen on the Elton tunnel, designed to provide transportation transporta-tion for ores from the company's mines at Bingham to the International Inter-national Smelting and Refining company's smelter at Tooele, were laid off last week at Tooele. While- no word had been received re-ceived at the local orfice Thursday, Thurs-day, an Associated Press dispatch reported the tunnel is soon to resume operation.
