Show Judge Reva Beck Bosone to be Speaker at Morning Program. Parade Starts at 9:30 a.m. Interesting Entertainment In Store For Those Who Remain In Town With the 222 National uard band and three community bands supplying music and flag bedecked bedeck-ed streets lending holiday color, the Fourth of July parade Monday Mon-day promises to be one of the mOHt colorful and gayest spectacles spectac-les in Bingham for many years. Main street has already assumed assum-ed holiday attire for Independence day. When the long stream of floats, bands and marching Firemen Fire-men and their auxiliaries parade down the street, a day packed with Interesting events will be opened. A noted legislator, instructor, lawyer and gifted speaker, Judge Reva Heck Bosone, will give the day's oration at the morning program following the parade. Mayor John Dahlatrom will give the welcoming address. A trumpet duet by Stanley Jacques, Jr. and Rex Tripp Jr. is one of the musical musi-cal selections planned. Others are a vocal duet by Beverly Clays and D laine Wells and an accordi-an accordi-an solo by Arlene Erickson. "Miss Bingham" awards will be made by the No. 1 Fire auxiliary at the program. Sheriff S. Grant Young will be marshall of the day. Following the program, children will find their entertainment complete com-plete from, every angle. Treats, races and a dance In the afternoon after-noon will provide attractions for younger persons. A display of fireworks will be shown at nine o'clock. They will be fired from the D. & G. point, the peak across from the Standard Stan-dard garage. Mitchell's music will play at the morning program, the children's chil-dren's dance in the afternoon and the evening dance at the Leglou Civic Center. , |
