Show DUP Schedules Annual Meet For Hotel Utah The opening session of Daughters Daugh-ters of Utah Pioneers will commence com-mence at 9:30 a.m. April 7 in the Lafayette Ball Room of the Hotel Utah where business matters mat-ters will be taken up. Highlights wil be the president's message by Mrs. Kate B. Carter; musical selections by North Weber County DUP chorus; Daughters Df Utah Pioneers Band of St George; report of the new Tooelr County History recently pub-'ished. pub-'ished. A noon luncheon will follow. fol-low. A guided tour will be provided eor the Daughters to several historical his-torical points of interest-in the :ity at 2:15 p.m. Visitors to Salt Lake City are cordially invited to the Pioneer Memorial Building at 300 North Main Street, directly west of the State Capitol building. Throughout Through-out the museum are many outstanding out-standing exhibits, including the work of early Utah artists, and interesting displays of practically every item used in settling western west-ern America. A special features will be a display of pioneer women's hats and shoes. The Convention will conclude at 7:30 p.m. at the Hotel Utar Motor Lodge Auditorium with the University of Utah Players performing in a play that was given in 1862 in the old Salt Lake Theatre.
