NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO CONVEY PROPERTY AND DISSOLVE To the Members of Carpenter's Mutual Benefit Association, Local Lo-cal 184: You and each of you will please take notice that there will be an important meeting of all of the members of the said Association at the Carpenter's Hall, 120 West 13th South, Salt Lake City, Utah, on Wednesday, the 9th day of December at 8:30 pm. The purpose pur-pose of said meeting will be to consider a resolution proposed by the Executive Board of Trustees Trus-tees thereof, looking to the immediate im-mediate conveyance of all of the interest of the Association in and to the property of the Association, Associa-tion, to the appropriate trustees of Carpenter's Local Union No. 184, and for the dissolution of the Association as a corporate entity.
