Show district. Each qualified voter residing in the district, outside out-side the corporate limits of any municipality, shall be entitled to vote for two persons. There will be a separate ballot for the election elec-tion of such trustees. For said special election said district shall constitute six special spe-cial election precincts, each consisting con-sisting of all or that part of the regular Davis County election districts contained within the boundaries of the South Davis County Sewer Improvement District, Dis-trict, as hereinafter set forth, and the names of the voting places and the election officials for such voting places are as follows: fol-lows: Special Election Precinct No. 1 (Consisting of regular election districts Nos. 20, 28 & 34) 2 (Consisting of regular election districts Nos. 24, 38 & 39) 3 (Consisting of regular election districts Nos. 4, 5, 22 & 23) 4 (Consisting of regular election districts Nos. 3, 25, 26 & 41) 5 (Consisting of regular election districts Nos. 1 & 2) 6 (Consisting of regular election districts Nos. 6 & 35) I I NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOND ELECTION AND OF ELECTION OF TWO TRUSTEES FOR SOUTH DAVIS COUNTY SEWER SEW-ER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, DAVIS AND SALT LAKE COUNTIES, UTAH NOTICE IS HEBEBY GIVEN that there will be a special election elec-tion held in South Davis County Sewer Improvement District, Davis Da-vis and Salt Lake Counties, Utah, on Saturday, the 10th day of October, 1959, at which there shall be submitted to such qualified quali-fied registered voters of the district dis-trict as shall have paid a property prop-erty tax therein in the year next preceding the election, the following fol-lowing question: Shall the bonds of South Davis County Sewer Improvement District, Dis-trict, Davis and Salt Lake Counties, Coun-ties, Utah, in the aggregate sum of $4,000,000.00, maturing in not to exceed 40 years from the date thereof, and bearing interest at not to exceed the rate of 6 per annum, be issued by said district, dis-trict, such bonds to the amount of $2,500,000.00 to be issued for the purpose of paying the cost of acquiring through construction and purchase the portion of a sewer system for said district The following places within the District are designated as the polling places for said special election precincts: Precinct No. 1: Adelaide School, 551 West 7100 South, Bountiful, Utah. Precinct No. 2: Bountiful High School, 695 South Orchard Drive, Bountiful, Utah. Precinct No. 3: Bountiful Junior Jun-ior High School, 30 West 4th North, Bountiful, Utah. Precinct No. 4: Bbuntiful Elementary Ele-mentary School, 1500 South 50 West, Bountiful, Utah. Precinct No. 5: West Bountiful School, 760 West 4th North, Woods Cross, Utah. Precinct No. 6: Centerville School, 350 North 1st East, Centerville, Cen-terville, Utah. The following named persons shall be judges and officers of the election for the election precinct pre-cinct set opposite their names: Precinct No. 1: Alta J. Hay-ward, Hay-ward, Beth Hutches, Fontella Devey. Precinct No. 2: Julia Memmott, Lorraine B. Wood, Sarah Hep-worth. Hep-worth. Precinct No. 3: Anna Thompson, Thomp-son, Erma Brough, Marybelle Briggs. which will consist of facilities designed to treat and dispose of sewage, including a disposal and treatment plant or plants and trunk outfall lines, and to be full general obligations of the district payable from ad valorem taxes sufficient for that purpose, pur-pose, and such bonds to the amount of $1,500,000.00 to be issued for the purpose of paying part of the cost of acquiring through construction and purchase pur-chase the portion of a sewer system sys-tem for said district which will consist of sewer lines and facilities facili-ties necessary to collect sewage and to convey it to the trunk outfall lines (none of such collection col-lection facilities to be within the corporate boundaries of Bountiful City), and to be payable pay-able solely from revenues to be derived from the operation of the sewage facilities of the district, dis-trict, such cost jn both cases to include such legal, engineering and fiscal agent expenses reasonably rea-sonably incurred in connection with the acquisition of such sewer system and with the authorization and issuance of such bonds as may be properly payable from the proceeds thereof, there-of, said bonds to be issued at one time or from time to time in the discretion of the Board of Trustees of said district? At said election there shall also be elected two members of the board of trustees of said Precinct No. 4: virgie u. Rose, Sylvia N. Call, Zelma Duffin. Precinct No. 5: Chloe M. Ar-buckle, Ar-buckle, Elna R. Nelson, Sylvia Blake. Precinct No. 6: Mavis Clayton, Stella F. Trump, A. E. Darley. At said election the polls shall be opened at the hour of 7:00 A.M. and shall be kept open until un-til and shall be closed at the hour of 8:00 P.M. on the date of said election. Said election shall be held as nearly as possible in conformity with the general election elec-tion laws of the State of Utah, and at such election every qualified, quali-fied, registered voter of the district dis-trict who shall have paid a property prop-erty tax in the district in the year next preceding the election shall be entitled to vote on the above stated proposition for the issuance of bonds, and every qualified, registered voter residing re-siding in the district, outside the corporate limits of any munci-pality, munci-pality, whether he has paid a property tax or not, shall be permitted to vote for two trustees. trus-tees.
