Show Miscellaneous Notices SHERIFF'S SALE In the District Court of the Third Judicial District in and for the County of Salt Lake, State of Utah. E. PENN SMITH and LOUIE SMITH, his wife, and BANK OF ST. GEORGE, a Corporation, Corpora-tion, Plaintiffs, vs. ERWIN F. ZEYER and BETH ROBERTS ZEYER, aka BETH ROBERTS and BETH ROBERTS ROB-ERTS PURDUE, Defendants. To be sold at Sheriff's Sale at the west front door of the County Coun-ty Courthouse in the City and County of Salt Lake, State of Utah, on November 26, 1957 at 12 o'clock noon of said day that certain piece or parcel of real property situate in Salt Lake County, State of Utah, described as follows, to-wit: All of the right, title, interest inter-est and estate of the defendants, defend-ants, as follows: Commencing at the Northwest North-west corner of Lot 6, Block 54, Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey, and running thence South 10 rods; thence East 52.11 feet; thence North 10 rods; thence West 52.11 feet to the place of beginning. Together with a perpetual right of way over: Commencing Com-mencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 6, Block 54, Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey, and running thence South 134.5 feet; thence West 165 feet; thence North 10 feet; thence East 155 feet; thence North 124.5 feet; thence East 10 feet to the place of beginning.
