NOTICE OF SALE DATED this 20th day of December, De-cember, 1957, notice is hereby given that a certain chattel mortgage, mort-gage, dated the 16th day of November, No-vember, 1956, filed with the County Recorder's Office of Salt Lake County, State of Utah, between be-tween Ross D. Black and Janet Black, Mortgagors, and Family Finance Company, Mortgagee, upon which the amount of $202.30 was due as of the date hereof and which mortgage covers the following described personal property: Kirby Vacuum Cleaner and attachments. Will be foreclosed and said property prop-erty sold at public auction at Family Finance. 338 South State, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour of 12:30 P.M. on the 6th day of January, 1958. (12-27 1-3)
