Show IN THE PROBATE COL'KT, SALT LAKE COUNTY. In the matter of the estate of Hiram H. El-dridga. El-dridga. deceased. It appearing bv the petition ot Slo'ly E!dridp;e, duly verified and filed heroin that, at "the tiie of ti flMth tt tht.fiiH T!ir. ii ft f. MpM.ta tHa ti titiorier was his lawful wife, and that petitioner it entitled to and prays for an assignment of dower in the real estate of tae deceased, described as follows: Part of lot 5, in block 97, of PUt "A." Sail Lake City survey, commencing ata point 7t feet sontn from the northwest corner of said lot 6, and running run-ning thence east 74H feet, thence north S3 feet, thence west Ti' feet, thence south S3 feat to the place cf beginnitis, with a one-story frame bouse thereon. Part of lot 5, in block 97, Plat "A." Salt Lake City survey, commencing at a point 7 rodu south from the northwest comer of said lot 5, running thence south 4!)'4 feet, thence east 182 feet, tlience north 4l j, feet, thence wet 182 feet to the place of beginning, together with seven cne-story frame dwelling thereon. Part of lot 5, in block 7, Pint "A." Salt Lake City s rver, commencing at a point feet ea: from the northwest corner of said lot 5. and running run-ning t ence east 575i feet, thence couth 90 feet, thence west 57i feet, thence north BOJi feet to the place of beginning, with a one-story adobe dwelling dwell-ing thereon. Also: Lots 13. 14. 15 ana 16, in block 41; lot 13. 14 and 15 in block 41: lots I and 2 in Mock 39: and lots 6 and 7 in block 7: all in Kinney & tiourlev's addition to Salt Lake City. And it further appearing from "aid petition that one of the beiro-at law of the dacaaei is a non-resident of the territory. "Now. therefore, up n motion of C. S. Varian, Etq., attornev for petitioner, it is ordered that Tuesday, the lth day of October, A. D. lStf2, at 10 I o'clock of said day, aud tho court room of said court in the county court house in the city and county of Salt Lake, be and the same are hereby appointed as the time and place for the hearing of said petition. And it is farther ordered that a copy of this order or-der Republished six successive weeks in the Salt Lake Timer, a newspaper published dailr in said citv and county. C. W.
