PURSUANT TO AN order of sale to me directed by the district court of the Third Judicial district of the territory of Utah, 1 hall offer at public sale at the front door of the county courthouse, in the city aud county of Salt Lake, Utah territory, on the 4th day of October, 182, at 12 o'clock m.. all the right, title, claim and interest of Nis C. Christiansen, Christian-sen, Gunelle Christiansen. Biackhurst Brothers, A. F. Christiansen, the National Bank of the Republic Re-public and T. J. Angel Lumber company of, in and to the following-described real estate, situate, lying aud being in the city and couuty of Salt Lske. Utah territory, and particularly described as follows, to wit: Being a part of lot two (Si, block three (3 , plat B, Salt Lake City survey, commencing one hundred and - eisrhtv-one i feet north of the southeast corner 6t said lot two (2), thence running five (5) rods west, thence twenty (20) feet north, thence five (5 rods east, thence twenty (20) feet south to the place of beginning: be-ginning: reserving, however, the right of way as a roadway on and over ten ( 10) feet on east pat of said land, and twelve (12) feetou west part of said land.
