I he people of the Territory of Uta h send greeting: To T. A. Gebean, defendant. You are hereby required to appear in an action brought against you by the above named plaintiff in the District Court of the Third Judicial district of the Territory of Utah, and to answer tne complaint nied therein wiwiiu ten days (exclusive of the day of service) after the service on you of this summons if served within this county: or, if served out of this county, but in this district, within twenty days; otherwise within forty days or judgment by default will be taken against you, according to the prayer of said complaint. The said action in brought to have a decree of this court dissolving the bonds of ma'rimony existing exist-ing between plaintiff and defendant, awarding to plaintiff the c ire and cu-tady of the minor children, chil-dren, issie of said marriage, and granting ber sucli other relief as in equity she is entitled to; above rel et prsyed on the ground that in or about the year the defendant wilfully and without cause deserted and abmdoned the plain-'iff, plain-'iff, and has ever since continui d so to wilfully desert and abandon her, and to live sep.irate and apart from her, against her will and without her consent ' And you are hereby notified that if you fail t j appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff will apply to thq court for ihe relief demanded therein.
