Notice is hereby given, that in pursuance of an order of the probate court of tne county of Salt Lake, territory of Utah, made on the 1-th day of December, 1891, in the matter of the estate of Paul O. Paulson, deceased, the undersigned, un-dersigned, the executrix of said estate, will sell at private sale, to the highest bidder and subject to confirmation by said probate court, on or after Wedne-day, the 3lith day of November, 1892, at 11 a. ru., all the right, title, interest and estate of the said Paul O. Paulson, at the time of his death, and all the right, title and interest that the said estate has by operation of law or otherwise acquired, other than or in addition to that of the snid Paul O. Paulson at the time of his death, in and to all thst certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate, lyinir snd being in West Jordan precinct, county of Salt Luke, territory of Utah, and iKmndel and described des-cribed as follows, to-wit: Beginning eat six iB') rods from the northwest corner of the ncrth-eit ncrth-eit quarter cf section twenty-five (2f), township town-ship two (2), south of ringe one(l), west of Salt Lake meridian; ther.re east twenty-three (23) rods o the wet line of John P. Johnson's claim; thence by said clai 11 south thirty-six and six-tenths six-tenths (36 6-10) rods to the southwest corner of said claim; thence east by said claim seven and secen-ten hs (7 7-10) rods to the west line of the Utah Southern railroad li:id; thence southerly alonz the west line of snid U'ah Southern railroad" rail-road" land t irty nine and four-ten hs (39 4-10) side cf a four (4) rod street east and west; thence on the r.orth lice of said street along the center of said ditch west thirty-one and seven-tenths (31 7-10) rods to the renter of a deep wah; thence down the renter of said wash Dorlh 0 i.0 mln.eist seventy-six (To) rods to the place of beginning, containing thirteen (13) a re9 more or les; all lying and being within the Lmits of the northeast quarter of section twenty-five (25), township two (2), south of range one (1), west of Salt Lake meridian. JL-nowall, attorney for the executrix, nt his offices, rooms 14 and 15 Union National Bank building, Salt Lake City and territory terri-tory aforesaid. Terms of sale Ten (10) per cent of purchase price to accompany bid, and balance of purchase price to be paid at combination of sale. If purchaser pur-chaser prefers, one third (H) of the purchase frice may be paid by note of purchaser, payable a one year from date, with interest at Id per cent per annum, secured by first mortgage on the premises, deed at cost of purchaser.
