Show SWING INSIDE. Mr. Doolei- objected to the bill of ; f Architects Monhkim. Bird & Froud- ! FOOT for the plan of the Lincoln school and the board of education refused accordingly ac-cordingly to appropriate any money therefor. v Now we would like to ask this; If the plana of those architects were defective, de-fective, how came they to be adopted; or if they were not defective, how came they to bo changed in the construction, and if they were changed in the construction, con-struction, why is not the superintendent superinten-dent of construction the one to haul over the coals for it? These questions are all the more pertinent per-tinent because there is another school built upon the same plans and it is essential es-sential to fix the responsibility where it belongs. |
