New York, their promissory promis-sory note, wherein snd whereby, for aiue received, re-ceived, they promised to pay to the or.-ier of the1 said John B. i revur, two years after due. Fourteen Four-teen hundred and fifty dollars, with interest thereon there-on at the rate of Eight per cent per annum, from date until paid, both b.fore and after judgment, interest payable quarcer.y, and both princ ipal and interest payrble in U. S. gold coin at the banking, house of T. R. Jones and Co., in Sait LakeCity, Utah, aud that all unpaid interest should draw interest at the rate of eight per cent per annum until paid, and, whereas, To secure the payment of snid note, and interest, said Arminda V. Mann, on June I9tti, 18ih, duly marie and delivered a deed of trust conveying to W. P. Lynn and T.R. Jones, of Salt Lake City, Utah, as trustees, the toilowing descr.bed real estate, situated in Salt Lake City and County, towit: Lots one and twenty-one, Biock three, West Drive sub-division, as snown by the dn'y recorded plat thereof in the office of the Clerk and Recorder Re-corder of Salt Lake County, Utah, sai 1 suo-divis-ion being a part of Lots seven, eight an l ail of fifteen, of Block twenty -three, FiveAcie Plat "A." Sa t Lake City, Utah Territory, said trust deed being recorded on July 8, 1890, and of record in Brok "2 of Mortita'ges, p2es 311-2-S-4, records of Salt Lake County, I tah. And Whereas, in said trust deed said Arminda V. Mann covenanted to pay sa.d Dimssory cote, and whereas no part of said note has been psid except the interest thereon up to Juno 19, lSf2 and tne principal and interest thereon from said last date is due and unpaid, and whereas said Armin la V. Mann covenanted in said trns; d-ed that if said note aud interest should not be paid when due, then that said trustees might sell said property, at the place and on the notice and in the manner speciticaiiy prr scribed by said deed, to pay the same and the costs cf sale, attorney's fees, and compensation to said trustees, either cf the parties to the trust deed to be at liberty to become the purchaser at such sale. Now at the request of such heller of said note, the undersigned as such trustees, aud under the powers conferred on them by said trust ce -d, will on Wednesday, the 17th day of August, 1892, at 12 o'clock m of that day at the front doer of the Salt Lake Countv Court House, iu Salt Lake Citv, Utah, sell to the highest bidder for cash said" described property or so much thereat as necessary to pay and satisfy the unpaid amount of said note and tne costs of sale, including attorney's at-torney's fees, and comf ensation to the undersigned under-signed trustees.
