Whitney and Emma Whitney, his wife, executed, acknowledged and delivered thoii certain trust deed bearitisj date the JfcXh day of July, 1891, to James Hi Bacon, trustee, to secure a certain promissory note, bearing bear-ing even date with said trust doed, and payable 60 day aftr the date thereof, to the order of Joseph B. Bacon, for $816 53,. with interest at ti rate of 12 per cent per annum, which said trust deed is recorded in the rctordo-'u oftlce in Salti Luke county, Utah, volume ''3d" of Trust Deeda. onpages ."if, 58 aud 5H, and Whataaa, said William H. Whitney and Kmma, Whitney, in and by said trust deed, to secure the' payment of said note and interest, conveyttd to' said trustee the following daetribed property, situated in Salt Lake pit, Sail Laka tin Wily. Utah territory, to wit: Begin sixty-six (66) feetl weat of the novth-uatit comer of block two (St), Kel.-ey Jt Gillespie subdivision of block forty-tour, (H, plat "C, " Salt L.kc City mu l ay, ranuing thence south one hundred and" thirty-sevea j(Xlr feet, to au alley, theuce west thirty three (!SJ) feet, thence north one hundred and thirty-seven.
