Show Trustee's Sale. WHEREAS, LEONARD S. OSGOOD AND Ruma L. Osgood his wife, on the first day of December, 1S91, made, executed and delivered to Emil J. Raddatx their ceitain promissory note for the principal sum of three thousand three hundred and sixteen 30-100 dollars, payable to the order of the said Emil J. Radial?, ninety days after. date thereof, with iuteiest thereon at the rate of one (li per cent per mouth until paid, and Whereas, to secure the payment of said note the said Leonard S. Osgood and Ruma L. Osgood on said day made, executed and delivered to s. Me Dow all as trustee for tne said Emil J. Kaddatz their certain trust dsed in writing of that date, which said trust deed was duly certified, a knowl edged and recorded in the office of the County Recorder Re-corder of Tooele County. Secondly, to pay to the holder of said prornia sory note such "sums as he may have paid lor taxes or assessment on said premises, or to extinguish ex-tinguish any outstanding title or ileus thereon. Thirdly, to pay the full amount of said promissory prom-issory note together with interest thereon; and, whereas, the said Leonard 8. Osgood anf Ruma L.
