Show A BIG COMPANY. Articles of Incorporation oftlic Moliawk Consolidated Mining and Milling Company Com-pany Filed with the Clerk. Articles of incorporation of the Mohawk Consolidated Mining and Milling company have been tiled in the county clerk's office. The incorporators are John A Van Pelt, F. K. Campbell, J. S. Sharp, James A. Chute, Jerinain Post, John J. Cushey aud E. 0. Lee, all of Salt Lake. The (diject of the corporation is to carry-on carry-on and conduct the business of mining, milling and smelting of ores, the purchase and sale of ores, the locution, purchase aud working of mining properties, the erection of houses, stores, shops and other buildings or plauts necessary in a general mining business, busi-ness, and the purchasing or leasing of such real estate as may bo deemed necessary for such business. The general offices shall be iu Sail Lake. The amount of capital stock is $500,000, divided into 500,000 sliures at $1 each, and is non-assessable. The following is the amount of stock held by each of the original coutrib. ulors: John A. Van Pelt 303,000 shares; F. K. Campbell 10,000 shares; J. S. Sharp, 10,-000 10,-000 shares, .lames A. Chute, 'J0IJO shares; Jermaiu Post, Hlti7 shares ; Johu J. Cashing, 1007 shares; E. 0. Lee, 1660 shares; treasury slock. K0.000 shares. The officers for the ensuing vear arc John A. Van Pelt, president, F. K. Campbell, vice-president; James A. Chute, treasurer, aud E. O. Lee, secretary. The Stock is secured by the following property in West Mountain' mining district, in the county of Salt Lake: the "Extension lode." a patented claim; the "Amsterdam lode," the "Albany lode," the "Garfield lode," the "Morning Star lode," the ' Mo-hawk Mo-hawk lode." and also the fractions of ground that cover the "Extension lode," by the "Savage" and "Mouuiain mail" patent's. |
