Beys fees; the sale to be conducted and advertised ' as specified in said trust deed, and V. h ki.eab no part of said note has been paid except the interest thereon to August 7th, 1881, aud the interest becoming due thereon Bince that date has not been paid; and Whekeas, Said li rst parties failed to pay the Salt Lake c ity and county taxes on said property for the year ism, amounting to the sum of MeUH and the third party on December 21, 1891, paid the said amount, as by said trust deed it was authorized authori-zed to do, Now at the request of the holder of said note, the undersigned trustees hereby Give Notice that on Wednesday May 11th, 1892, at the front doorof the Salt Lake county court house in Salt Lake City, l'tah, at 12 o'clock noon of that day, the undersigned will under the authority au-thority of said trust deed offer for sale and sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash the property aforesaid and hereinafter described, or so much thereof as shall be necessary, to pay the amount remaining unpaid on said note, the amount paid for tuxes as aforesaid, w ith interest thereon from time of payment at one per cent per month, and the expenses of the trust aud of the sale, including reasonable attorney's feeB and coninensauon to the trustees.
