Allen, who was discharged about a week ago for petty larceny, is again in the clutches of the law, this time on the charge of burglary. Thomas Campbell was arrested for stealing steal-ing an overcoat. Hiss case was continued until Wednesday at :i p in. Simon Hays was discharged. A. H. Campbell, drunk; plead guilty; lined (5. Charles Day and John Berry, who were, arrested for burglary several diiys ago, dead not guilty. Their case was set for Wednesday Wednes-day at t! p. m. |
