Show A Battle Between Father and Son. Rot'Kvn.i.E, lad., May 6. The report of a terrible affray between a father and son at Coxville, a small mining town in this county, coun-ty, readied Rockville yesterday. Jack Craven, a saloonkeeper, had trouble with his family and left his house with the bedclothes bed-clothes to sleep in the saloon. His son Jack, aged 21, went to the saloon and demanded de-manded the clothes. The father refused to give them up and the son fired at his father. The ball passed through the middle of the left arm between the bones. The son fired again, but missed. The father took refuge behind a stove and drew his own revolver. The first shot struck the son in the abdomen and the second in the left. knee. The boy fell to the tioor aud cried to his father not to shoot any more. The first shot fired at the son will prove fatal. . m |
