Show Trustees Sale. V IIEKEAH ON JUNE 13T1I, 1891, WILLIAM " U. I'ollett and Ada Collett, his wife, as first parties made and delivered to the under-siirned under-siirned trustee as second party, a certain trust deed of the real estate hereinafter described for the purpose of securing to II. B. Scott thu third party to said trust deed, the payment of two certain cer-tain promissory notes of even date, made and delivered de-livered to said Scott bv said William 0. and Ada Collett. one (or $2Bti.OO principal and the other for JloO'J.tki principal, each note payable three years after Mid date, without grace, at Burliug-ton. Burliug-ton. Iowa, to the order of said Scott together with interest thereon at the rate of 10 per cell! per annum from the date thereof until paid, interest in-terest payable quarter yearly, which deed of trus was recorded .1 una 18th, 1801, and is of record in books? of trust deed, at pages 861-2 records l Salt Lake County. Utah. And Wukrieas, Snid rtrs. parties in said trust deed covenant! to pay said notes according to the tenor and effect thereof and therein promised and agreed that in case default should he made in the payment of said notes or any part thereof or of the interest that might accrue therec-n or any part therenf as the same should become due and payable, then said trust deed should be in lore and that the undersigned trustee might thereupon there-upon proceed to sell "aid real estato or any part thereof af public vrenduo to the highest bidder for cah (either party to said trust deed being at lih-eriy lih-eriy to become a purchaser st said sale) and out of the proceeds of sale should pay the amoant of said notes to the holder thereof and the costs and expenses of sale including reasonable attorney fees, the sale to lw conducted and advertised as specified in said trust deed, and Wuf.kkas, No part of tiie principal or interest of said or either of said promissory notes has been paid except the sum of $tia.fiO interest paid September 18th, 1891, on said $2600.01) note and $2o.0li interest paid same day on said $10t)0 note and the interest is due and unpaid ou each of h:u4 notes, for tlis quarter year endinif Dec. 18, '91.
