Show TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS LEONARD S. Osgood and Ruma L. Osgood, his wife, on the first day of December, lt91, made, executed and delivered to Kmil J. Ritddatz their certain pr miisaory note for th principal sum of three thousand three hundred and sixteen M0-I0J dollars, payable to the order of said Fmil J. Raldatz. ninety days after date thereof, with interest thereon there-on at the rate of ouo 1 per cent per month until paid, and Wherkas, To secure the payment of said note the said Li-onard S. Osgood and Ruma L. Osgood on said day made, exec uted and delivered t 8. McDowall as trustee for the said Emil J. Bad- datz their certain trust deed in writing of that I date, which said trust deed was duly certified, acknowledged and recorded in the office of the I County Recorder of Tooele County, Utah Territory, Terri-tory, on the third day of December, 1S91, and thereby conveyed to said McDowall the following mining propeity, towit. : An undivided three-fourths three-fourths (?i) interest of, in and to the "No 1-Don'l" 1-Don'l" Lode, mining claim, situate iu the Rush Ynl'.ev Mining District m the said County of Tooeie, designated as U. S. Survey, lot No. Sf, and more particularly described in and by said trust deed. Also an undivided three fourths r ) inter-est inter-est of. in and to the Laura Lode, mining claim, situate iu the said Hush Valley Mining District, County of Tooele, Utah, more particularly described de-scribed in and by the location certificate thereof recorded iu Book F. at page 1H2 of the records in the office of the District Recorder of said Huh ValUy Mining District and in and by said trut deed. Also one ;l) upright boiler, engine and blower now upon said 4No-l'-Don't minin,' claim, and Whereas, it is provided, in said trust deed th.it in case default be made in the payment of siid promissory note, that the said trustee might proceed pro-ceed to sell, and sell and dispose of said pretmees: or anv part thereof, aud all rlirht, title, benefit and equitv of redemntion of the said Leonard S. Ossrood aiid Ituma L. Including a reasonable com mission to the tlustee for his ervices and n reasonable attorney's fee aud all other expenses of this trust. Secondly, to pav to the holder of said promia-sory promia-sory note such "sums as he may have paid for taxes or assessment on said premisos, or to extinguish ex-tinguish anv outstanding title or liens thereon. Thirdly, to pay the full amount of said promissory promis-sory note, together with interest thereon, and, j whereas, the said Leonard S. Osgood and Emma L.
