D. 18tK. and duly recorded in the office of the Recorder of said County of Salt Luke on the 14th day of February, A. D. 1810, iu Book 2L, of mortgages, at page 164 -5 H of the records of said County, conveyed to the undersigned Edward B. Wicks of the City of Salt Lake and Territory of I Utah, a trustee, those certain lots, pieces and 1 4w arcels ot land situate, lying nd bein' in the mnty of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, death dea-th fid follows, to-wit: Block 7 of Poplar addltiou to Halt Luke City, sab', block 7 crvatu of 40 lots numbered from 1 to 40 Inclu-tri'SD3 Inclu-tri'SD3 ure to Charles II. Toll tiie payment of ".alu promissory rotes bearing even date tr ld deed of trust each for the sum of 0000 jiid each hearing interest from said date at the rate of eight ((' per cent per nnnuin payable semi-annnally, semi-annnally, one of said notes being due ami payable six months after its said date and the other thereof twelvo months after Its aaid date. i4 And whereas It It provided in said deed of trust that should default be made in the payment of the aid notes or any part thWvof, or of any of the interest thereon or any part thereof as the same should become due and payable, or in case oi 'he breach of any of the covenants contained in raid deed of trust, then the said Trustee the undersigned, un-dersigned, the said Edward It. Wicks may proceed to sell said described property or any part thereof at public vendue for caah at the front door of the county court house in tlip City of Salt Lake, County of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, first giving twenty days notice of the time, place and terms of sale and the property prop-erty to be sold by adverttcemeiit in some newt paper printed iu the English language and published pub-lished in the County of Salt Lake aforesaid. And whereas no payim-fits either of principal or Interest have been made upon either of said notes except that interest has Wmi paid thereon to February 14, 191, and that thore has been paid upon tho principal of said six months note the sum of MBBv and there is row due thereon the urn of $341 i with interest at the rale of eight per cent per annum from the nth dav of February, A. D 1W1, and the said Oscar R. Zipf Is in default In the payment ot both the principal and the interest in-terest due upon raid notes as aforesaid, and wrrtreae there has been released from the operation opera-tion of said truFt deed all of lots 1, 2, 17. lfl, 19, 20 of said block 7, of Poplar Grove addition. Now therefore, at the r Kjuet of the legal holder of said notes by virtue of the power and authority In me vested under and by the terms of ssid deed of trust, I, Edward B. Wicks, trustee ts aforesuid, will op Saturday, the ild day of April, 1802, at the hour of 10 o'clock a. m. at the front door of the County Court House in the City of Salt Lake, bounty of Salt Like and Territory of Utah, sdl the said real property and premises hereinbefore-and In said deed of trustfully described, des-cribed, except that part released as aforesaid, and al! the right, title, benefit and equity of redemption redemp-tion of tne aald Oscar It.
