Show Trustee's Sale. WHEREAS, W. II. CA8ADY AND RETT A H. Ceeady, his wife, eiecnted, and acknowledged acknowl-edged and delivered their certain trust deed, bear ing date the 7th day of August,, i860, to James H, Bacon, Trustee, to secure a certain proinitory note bearinfl even date with said trust deed, and payable pay-able on demand to the order of James Harrison, for the SUm of Twenty-one Hundred and fifty dollars (jfilOm in l". S. Gold Coin, with interest thereou from date ut the rate of one peT cent per month. Said trust deed is rocorded in the recorder's re-corder's office of SaH.Lafce County, TJtah, in volume vol-ume a, li of Mortgages, on pages NB to 330, and, WxIiKi, said W. H. Caetidy aud Kottu H. Cat-ady. in and by said trust deed to secure the payment of said note conveyed to said trustee the following deechbed premises situated in Salt Lake City, Nalt Lake County, Utah, to-wit: Be-em Be-em :-t the S(;tith natt Corner of Lot One (Urn Block One Hundred and Nine, (109) Plat 'TV' Salt Lake City Survey, rim thence West Seventy-five Seventy-five (75) feet ; thence North one hundred and thirty-two U32) feet; thence Eaet seventy-five (75) feet; thence South one hundred and thirty-two (188) feet to place of beginning. Also begin one hundred and tlve (103) feet West of said South East Corner of said Lot and run thence Went thirty (80) feet, theuce North one hundred aud thirty-two (132) zoet, thence East thirty (30) feet, thence South one hundred and thirty-two (,132) feet to place of beginning. WmcRKAs, it is provided in said trust, deed, among other things, that if default shall be made in the payment of said note, or tho interest thereon, there-on, or of the taxes or assessments on said premises, prem-ises, or any part thereof, that then said trustee or his successor in trust shall, on request of the holder or holders of said note, well and dispose of said premises, and ewry part thereof, aud of the right, title, benefit and equity of redemption of said VV.
