Show Notice of Sale Cmler Deed of Trust. WHEREAS, CHARLES 11. GOUHLAY (AN It unmarried main, on tho 21s! day of July, Mil, executed and delivered to Edward B. Hodge of Burlington, New Jersey, his certain promissory promis-sory note for tho sum of Five Hundred ($500) dollars, payable October "flat, 1891, with interest 'hereon at the rate of IH per cent per annum from its date until fully paid, both principal and interest inter-est being payable at the olHce of the undersigned in Salt Lake City; and Whereas, to secure tho payment of said note according ac-cording to its true tenor ami effect the said Charles B. Courlay on said July 21st, 1891, executed and delivered to the undersigned, Edward B. Critch-iow, Critch-iow, Trustee, of the City and County of Salt Lake. Certain deed whereby Tie conveyed" to the under- igneri in trust tie following described premises iinate in the City and County of Salt Lake, L ten Territory, to wit : LotsT'hree(S) and Four (4), in block Twenty (SO); Lots Two (21, Four (4 and Five (Si, Block twen-ty-ono (21); Lot Five (5). Block Twentv-three (231. and Lot Four (4), Block Thirty-seven (37),) all in Kinney & Gourlay's Improved City Plat of Salt Lsko City, which said deed was dulv filed for record in the ollko of the Countv Recorder of Salt Lake County, Utah, jn the 25th day of July, 1891, and recorded in Book "3 A" of mortgagee, page 448 of tho Records of said office, and Whereas. said deed provides among otherthings that should default be made in the payment of said note according to its true tenor and effect said trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said note may proceed to sell the property hereinbefore herein-before and in said deed described at nubile vendue to the highest bidder, at the front door of the court House, at the Comity Seat of Salt Lake County, Utah, for cash, first giving 30 days public notice of tho time, terms, and nlnce of sale and description of tho pro party to be scld by advertisement adver-tisement in some newspaper printed and pubic pub-ic hed in the County of Salt Lake, and Whereas said Charles B. Courlay has failed and refused to pay said note or the interest thereon, there-on, although the same is due and the undersigned a- trustee lias been requested bv the said Edward B. Hodge, the legal ow ner and holder of said note, to proceed to sell saiil premises. Now, therefore, pursuant to liie power vested in me by said deed 1, Edward B. Critchlow, will sell the premises hereinbefore described, at public vendue, to tho highest bidder for cash, at die front door of the County Court Honso ot Salt Lake County, at Salt Lake City, Utah, onTuesdav, the 8th day of December, A. D. 1S91, at 12 o'clock noon of said day. to satisfy said note and interest and the costs of executing said trust, including compensation to the undersigned for his services.
