The Butte Inter-Mountain of Thursday has the following: Articles of incorporation of the Butte Consolidated Con-solidated Mining and Redaction company were tiled today. The incorporators are E. II. K.rvine, W. H.Young, and F. F. Irvine. The capital stock is 110,000,000 in 100,090 shares of $100 each. The trustees are. In -sides the incorators, C, E? Sawtello of Ogden and A. T. Faekcntlnill of New York City. The eomnany will have a New York Office.
