Rfsolifl, That we petition the president and congress of the United States to at once attempt to bring about an international recognition and adjustment of silver and money and should this I effort fall that a limited agreement be sought! with the nations of the Latin nnion whereby the mints of those nations may again be opened for the coinage of silver.
