The report of the committee on awards, recommending the appointment appoint-ment of a committee of eight to have charge of the awards of premiums was adopted after being amended so as to make the number twelve and referred to the judiciary committee to frame rules and by-laws for its government. Commissioner Mercer, of Wyoming, introduced a resolution setting forth that the bureau of publicity and promotion pro-motion had sent out a statement that there would be several theatres on the world's fair grounds to which separate charges of admission would be iiindo and declaring it to be the sense oi mncomiiiiiv3iviiiili.it oniy one pi ice of admission should be charged for everything on ihe grounds. Referred to the committee on judiciary. A committee of five was appointed to prepare a suitable resolution touching touch-ing the death oi Commissioner lii;g-hain lii;g-hain of Washington.
