Show Notice. OF THE INTENTION OF TOE CITY COUN-cil COUN-cil to extend water mains on certain streets on the North Bench, in Plat "D," bait Lake City burvey. Notice Is hereby given by the City Council of Salt Lake City of the intention of siicti council to make the following descried improvement, to-wit: to-wit: Extending ond laying Iron water pipes or mains along the follow jug streets, namely: Along Thirteenth street from City Creek Canyon to a point midway between M and N streets, on K, F, G, II, I, J, K, L, and M streets; from Thirteenth street to a point midw-ny between Kurhth aud Ninth streets; on C street from Thirteenth street to a point midway between Tenth and Eleventh streets; on Eleventh streot from C street to a point midway between A ami B streets; on B street from Eleventh street to a point midway between be-tween Eighth and Ninth streets; on D street from Thirteenth street to appoint midway between Tenth and;Eleventh streets; and nil necessary laterals, and defraying three-fourths of the cost thereof, estimated at Sixty Thousand dollars (ttil),000.ouj,by a local assessment upon the lots,or pieces of ground, within the following-described district, being the district to be affected or bene-titted bene-titted by said improvement, namely: Lots, lllock lis. Ail protests aud objections to the carrying out of euch intention must be presented in writing to the City Recorder before January 6th, 1891, being be-ing the time set by this said Council when it will hear and consider such objections as many as niav be made thereto.
