Show Notice of Sale Under Deed of Trust. WTHEREAS, CHARLES B. GOURLAY (AN T unmarried muni, on the 21st day of July, l.?91, executed and delivered to Edward B. Hodge of Eurlington, New Jersev, his certain promissory promis-sory note for the sum of Five Hundred (500) dollars, payable October 21st, 1891, with interes-t thereon at the rate of 18 per cent per annum from its date until fully paid, both principal and interest inter-est beine payable at the office of the undersigned in Salt Lake City; and Whereas, to secure the pavment of said note ac-cordine ac-cordine to its true tenor and" effect the said Charles B. Gourlay on said July 21st, 191, executed and delivered to the undersigned, Edward B. Critch-lov.-. Trustee, of the City and County of Salt Lake, a certain deed wherebv he conveved to the undersigned under-signed in trust the following de'scribed premises situate in the City and County of Salt Lake, Utah Territorv, to wit: 1 Lots Three (3) and Fonr (4), in block Twenty Lots Two (2), Four (i and Five (5), Block twenty-one (21); Lot Five (51, Block Twenty-three (23). and Lot Four (4), Block Thirtv-seven (37),) all in Kinney & Gourlav's Improved City Plat of Salt Lake City, which said deed was duly filed for record in the office of the Countv Recorder of Salt Lake County, Utah, on the 25th day of July, 191, and recorded in Book "3 A" of mortgages, page 448 of the Records of said office, and Whereas said deed provides anion? other thines that should default be made in the payment of said note according to its true tenor and effect said trustee, at the reonest of tho legal holder of said note may proceed to sell the property hereinbefore herein-before and in said deed described at public vendne to the highest bidder, at the front door of the Court House, at the County Seat of Salt Lake County, Utah, for cash, first eivmg 30 days public notice of the time, terms, and place of "sale and description of the property to be sold by advertisement adver-tisement in some newspaper printed and published pub-lished in the County of Salt Lake, and Whereas, said Charles B. Gonrlay has failed and refused to pay said note or the interest thereon, there-on, although the same is due and the undersigned as trustee has been requested by the said Edward B. Hodge, the legal owner and holder of said note, to proceed to sell said premises. ow, therefore, pursuant to the power vested in me by said deed I, Edward B. Critchlow, will sell the premises hereinbefore described, at public vendue, to tho highest bidder fof cash, at the front door of the Countv Court Housa. of SJj Lake CountVj at Salt Lake Citv, Utah, onrl the 8th day of December, A.
