Show DKTKHMINATION :N(.l EKS. What is needed in any community that desires to progress is that those of its members who are wide awake should always move with a common impulse. There aro scores of this class of men iu Salt Lake, and, with unison of action, nothing can resist them. Fifty men who could always be depended upon to meet in response to a public call, who would always assemble promptly and who would always be ready to serve in any positions to which they should bo called, would be irresistible.
