Beaver and Whitney Whit-ney Goodrich charged with stutliing tho ballot at Bingham is before the grand jury today and a small army of witnesses are over from that thriving camp. The case originates in the Ferguson-Allen contest iu which it was testified tes-tified that twenty-five fraudulent votes had been polled. The witnesses from Bingham are making an audible kick about the injustice in-justice that is inflicted upon them in the present method of getting to and from tho court. It requires three days to make tho trip and they are paid for one. with an allowance for mileage. Their grievances which seem to be sound will bu laid before the court. |
