The failure ot the bank of Fort Morgan still continues lo excite much interest here. J. K. Krow n ami L. H Harrelt, proprietors, pro-prietors, today made an assignment for the beuclit tif their creditors to (icorgo W. Warner. 1. II. Hrown, the other member of the linn, ami Brown executed the general assignment, which covets uml conveys all properly, both real ami personal, except exemptions. The Harrelt Har-relt homestead Is covered by the assignment. The nominal assets are over $40,000, and the liabilities are something titer $20,000.
