Show A NEW YORK HALL. The "First Assembly" Decide to Trip the l ight Fantastic. New Yuiik, April 11. Special. J The committee having in charge the arrangements ar-rangements for the "First Assembly ball" ofthelllh separate company in its new armory at Mt. Vernon tonight, have met with much encouragement. The armory will be elaborately decorated deco-rated with tropical plants, Hags and bunting, and as the tickets are limited in number, it w ill bo an especially select se-lect affair. Nothing of the kind has ever been attempted on so large a scale before by Ihe organization. There will be a largo number of representatives from the army, navy, national guard and other uniformed organization, who in their full dress will present a brilliant scene in the promenade, |
