Four lots In plat D sold for $15,000, aud lot 2, block 57, plat A, brought tho magnificent magnifi-cent sum of $55,555. Harriet K. Partridge Part-ridge purchased this of J. It. Walker. Lots 3 to 9 in block 3, plat J, brought $18,075, a good figure. Prices are steady, too, and dealers are selling lo people who will improve and help build up a city. THE CLEAKINti HOUSE. The clearing of the associated banks yesterday were $309,203 with a cash balance of $173,017. The clearing house is doing well and in time will be of great benelit to the city. The volume of busiuess is on the increase and by to-morrdw to-morrdw night the clearings of five days will exceed $3,000,000. - |
