It is stated that her majesty is "the best royal housekeeper in Europe," and "superintends the household house-hold affairs of tho palace with the greatest great-est care." A very slight acquaintance with the rigidities of Vienna court etiquette eti-quette would have prevented any one from printing such nonsense. The empress em-press might just as well be described as tho best mathematician in Europs, for she knows as little about housekeeping as sho does about trigonometry, London Lon-don Truth.
