Show Initiative Amendment ' N-' .... ...fj- DENTAL ADVERTISING LAW PROPOSED TO BE ENACTED BT INITIATIVE Being an act to amend Section Tt-I-I, Revised Re-vised Statutes of Utah, 1(31, as amended by Chapter 78. Laws of Utah, 1935. (Making it legal for Dentists to Advertise.) Adver-tise.) That Section 79-6-8. Revised Statute of Utah, 1933, as amended by Chapter 73 Laws of Utah, 1936, be amended to read a follow : 79-6-8. Th word "unprofessional eon-duct" eon-duct" as relating to dentists are hereby defined to include. 1. Obtaining any fee by fraud or mis representation. 2. Employing directly or Indirectly any student or unlicensed dentisU, or on who?c license ha been revoked or suspended to perform operations of any kind or to treat lesions of the human teeth, gums or jaws, or take impressions of the teeth or jaws, or to correct or attempt to correct malpositions mal-positions thereof, except as hereto provided. pro-vided. 8.
