Show v 1 Bingham Residents Attend Scout Meet Thirty-three persons from Bingham Bing-ham attended the seventeenth annual an-nual Business meeting of the Salt Lake Council Boy Scouts of Amerl-ca Amerl-ca held last Friday at the South I high school in Salt Lake City. A feature of the meeting was the singing of the Explorer Scouts chorus. chor-us. Two numbers, "Explorer Scouts Are We", and "Stout Hearted. Men" were lead bv Lorln F Wheelrlcht ' accompanied by Clement Crapo. Among the scouts in the chorus were four from Bingham Canyon, j Reed Lyon, Jack Collins, Blaine Wells and Bill Johnson. i Bingham and Highland were the - only two districts' in Salt Lake 1 Council having 100 per cent r'egis-; r'egis-; tration for 1937. Highland district won a buckskin trophy for the larg- - est number of representatives from i their district present at the' meeting. - The Bingham delegation was led by J B. Myers, member of the executive ex-ecutive committee of the Salt Lake s Council, and A. H. Atwood, scout commissioner. I : |
